Does everyone work this hard?
This has been a very busy week for yours truly! The Mr. and Mrs. Smith Celebration cookout went very well! It rained on us and my decorations were soaked ( left over wedding decor) however many friends still came through Ft. Washington to say “hello” and “congradulations”! I thought for some strange reason that after the cook out was over I would slip into a carefree bliss. Boy, was I wrong. To make matters worse my black berry is out of commisionand I have had not computer access since Thursday.( GRRR) Back to the good ole faithful planner I guess. I am blessed though, here we are in a recession and I still manage to get up every morning at 5 am…OK 5:15 am to go and train clients! I am thankful and will continue to get it on with my clients each and every day. Everything from kettle bells to jumping rop and let us not forget our abs, chest, shoulders etc! How exciting it is to watch clients transform right before my eyes! My greatest accomplishment so far is helping a client get off of her diabetes/ blood pressure medication and helping another lose 73 LBS to date!! Ha, if you don’t believe it come see me, you know where to find me! I will retire now as I must rise tommorrow morning at 5:15 AM

So later is better than never!
I have a renewal in my journalistic spirit! I am ready to rock! I am invigorated at my blog! I am HOPING THIS LASTS THROUGH THE END OF AUGUST!! Who was I fooling to think that I can maintain a BLOG!! I mean don’t you have to be on here all day!? Do real people with jobs have a blog too!? How committed am I ? Well here is another post… okay the 3rd for the 2009 fiscal year.
Some things that I care about are:
Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Empowerment, Self Esteem, Community, Family, Faith, Relationships
So this blog will encompass all of these things and some totally off topic opinions that are of both minuscule and immense concern to me professionally, personally or if it is just ridiculous to me!

This is one of my new things in the new year…
I have always wanted a blog! LOL I know hard to
believe( for those I know) but I am a journal writer ( I still have my journal from middle school) Well we will see how it goes..
